The idea
The Dogecoin ecosystem historically lacked modern DeFi primitives such as liquidity pools, token swaps, inscriptions tooling, and developer-friendly infrastructure. Most existing solutions were either centralized or relied on cross-chain wrappers, limiting adoption and preventing builders from creating native DeFi experiences on Doge.
Project
We developed a native Dogecoin DeFi architecture including a swap engine, liquidity management, and on-chain logic. The platform features full support for inscription-based tokens (DUNES) with creation, indexing, and trading capabilities. The frontend application was built in TypeScript with a modern UX for minting, swapping, and managing inscriptions. We implemented wallet integration to support Dogecoin-compatible wallets and a seamless onboarding flow, along with developer tools, documentation, and integration with MetaMask Snap features. The solution provides core DeFi features similar to early AMM systems but built on top of the UTXO-based Dogecoin blockchain's unique constraints.

The platform opened new business opportunities for projects wanting to build on Doge without relying on third-party infrastructure, positioning it strongly in the growing Dogecoin DeFi narrative.
